Brewed in collaboration with our step brothers over at Town Brewing Co., we brewed a sour with just the right amount of unhinged, bright and tart character, but a little louder than expected. A wildly refreshing Catharina-style sour with Sauvignon Blanc must and orange juice, that hits with prestige, chaos, and just enough attitude to make it unforgettable!
