Black Friday 2025 Collective Unconscious Bundle

Hey there saison fans! This Black Friday, we thought we'd do something special and release a bundle of our beloved Collective Unconscious Mixed Fermentation Sours (6.5% ABV). 

Looking back to its origins, all beer used to be mixed culture fermentation and with enough time would eventually become sour. Thanks to modern advancements in brewing science and the industrial revolution, we've observed a boom in brewing efficiency coinciding with a decline in fermentation individuality. Our mixed fermentation sour program was built on the foundation of our house culture of wild yeast and bacteria, a culture that was developed over many years prior to opening Rorschach.
