At Rorschach, we are an experimental brewery, always pushing the boundaries of flavor, sometimes at the expense of traditional style parameters - but not in this case. For years, I’ve wanted to brew a series of Bavarian beers, but I wanted to do it right. All of our Oktoberfest beers are crafted in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot, the Bavarian beer purity law. For me, it’s more than just a beer; it’s a return to my roots and a tribute to the journey that led me here.
