This version features Mosaic hops. Originally released in 2012, Mosaic hops are the first cross of Simcoe and Nugget hop varieties. They are known for being pleasantly hoppy, carrying flavours of mango, pine, citrus and herbs, with aromas of tropical and stone fruit.
