8th Anniversary: Naturalis Historia 2025 Triple Dry-hopped Double Cali IPA

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at BAOS for their 10th anniversary, this beer aims to pay homage to one of the true GOAT's of the style. With a bracing, but balanced bitterness and a dry, yet light malt presence, the stone-fruit, orange citrus, and resinous pine hop character pops out of the glass and calls for another sip.
