Fermented exclusively with our house culture of wild yeast and bacteria which was developed over the several years leading up to opening our brewery. Fermented in our solera tank for over a year, conditioned on a hundred pounds of boysenberry puree in our burgundy wine barrels for over 3 months and then bottle conditioned for over 4 months.
